HSC Consulting is a consulting engineering practice based in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. The practice was formed by the merging of Hamish Scott Consulting (Pty) Ltd and Civil and Rural Consulting Engineers. The firm is based in East London with offices in Mthatha as well as Stutterheim, from where we operate throughout the Eastern Cape, South Africa and beyond. We are a highly motivated team with substantial experience in a large variety of interesting and challenging projects.
